Booking terms

1. Our service

We arrange private transport in Japan operated by transport companies licensed under the Road Transportation Act (green number plate). The transport contract for the ride is between you and the operating company.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are fixed, in Japanese yen, tax included, and include expressway tolls and the stated waiting time. A late-night surcharge applies to pickups from 22:00 to 5:00. Pay the driver on the day.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel free of charge from your booking link up to 24 hours before pickup. Later cancellations or no-shows may be charged by the operating company.

4. Waiting time

Airport pickups: up to 60 minutes after actual landing. Hotel pickups: 15 minutes. Longer waiting may be charged or the ride may be treated as a no-show.

5. Personal data

Your name and contact details are shared only with the transport company handling your ride and, if you booked through a hotel QR code, the hotel front desk (phone number masked).
